Sure, it's weird, expiremental - avant-garde? - still some skirted looks here.

Far be it for me to judge someone else's art...

But those prices ...

I could whip up anything on that list for under $15 at a thrift store...

I guess you gotta do what you gotta do to pay that big city rent!

"Weird" etc Coder, in Joe Public's eyes we are all weird anyway.

I will go with "weird" or just plain crude and sloppy -- I'm hard pressed to find 'art' in it.

One could do it a lot cheaper to look like a dag by purchasing oversized garments at a thrift shop. The only one I could tolerate would be the the purple top and bottoms ......... but not at that price.

Art is in the eye of the beholder. One thing I’ve learned about art is yes, one could’ve done what someone else did. But they didn’t and perhaps they only thought to do so after the original artist did it.

The original artist had creativity. Someone who does the same but is plagiarizing the original artist.

Second thing I learned from modern art is it is not always supposed to be pleasing. In other words, one can consider art as something to purchase only if it provokes the positive emotion of “I like it.” OR, and hear me out now, art can be intriguing or have worth because it evokes a strong emotion that is not necessarily “I like it.”

Like “bewilderment.”

Third, some art is interesting to comprehend not because of the look of the final piece but the ways in which it was constructed. Creation of a piece that is intricate or molds various media together.

You don’t have to like it. That’s just art. And in MY opinion, the world’s a better place when everyone doesn’t love the exact same art.

Found these pics somewhere of a slim singer in a three-piece skirt-suit which certainly appeals to me. It was obviously expensively tailored for him and he wears it very well indeed.

Impressive. However, I'd have worn a shirt/blouse under the waistcoat. But that's just me.

Nice find Tom. He looks good. Some will say he’s just wearing this to grab attention but to me this looks like he wanted to look good AND wear something different

It's a great look. The traditional tartan kilt with a flat front apron can look very blocky and stolid: I like the alternative of a pleated tartan skirt (and it's a good length too).

Nice. Favourites:
The half and half denim
Reconstructed Ksubi denim
Handmade slacks
Handmade leather blazer
Handmade shorts
Kilt style pleated shorts
Ruffled shorts with a French tucks!
