Morningwitch - gender neutral brand

Post by Coder »

Stumbled upon this brand via reddit:

https://shop.morningwitch.com

Their statement says they are gender neutral, and nowhere on the site does it say mens/womens. The skirts aren't quite my style, but thought some here may like them.

I know, right? I wish I could feel comfortable wearing such patterns.

A bit long for a mini but unusual being a flowy skirt with big pockets. Tencel is an OK fabric too.
I do like the bright and cheerful patterns.

Nice, that's my kind of style. Not sure whether it's still worth it after shipping across the pond.

Well, at $50, they're certainly not giving them away, but it does seem to be about an average price for novelty clothing. I've certainly paid more for skirts. I wouldn't mind options for skirts that are a tad longer. I rather like the "right below the knee" fit myself.

I note in their FAQ that post-Brexit they don’t ship to the UK

I like these skirts with their deep inside pocket or pockets which can be seen on the video. Also, that the waistline is most flexible, only two sizes to fit slim women and heavy men and all in between. The price is to the high side, but not prohibitive, I think. 19"? A little bit short.
If only freight had not been that expensive from the US to Europe.

Yes, rather strange, it seems. But Brexit obviously has its price. Well, with Mexico, it is the same.

The stuff looked okay, but it didn't move the needle for me.
I don't want to LOOK like a woman, I just want to DRESS like a woman.
