I can attest that 'Skip' wasn't expecting to go when he did. Right up to his departure we were deep into a dental discussion with me about whether he could have some implants for his mouth and was about to submit a panoramic radiograph to me for my opinion.

His departure was sudden, I expect. Lord rest his soul.

This is absolutely ridiculous that it took so long for me to see this (years in fact), but yes, may God rest his soul!!
