Combining pieces

Post by Uncle Al »

I combined this "Swing Dress"

With this Shirt

The blue color really matches quite well.
I did the same in red but the 'reds' don't really match.
The dress was purchased 'On-line' and the shirt was 'in-store'.
Different manufacturers but, this time, it worked out quite well :D

That could certainly work, but one of the sublime joys I find about dresses is their utter simplicity -- "one and done", as it were. No worrying about what'll match or the like; they're the ultimate in simple no-decisions rigs. Why they're not more popular with the gals baffles me.

Works very nicely, UA. The colours work well together. Should blend into the background when out. Move along, please. Nothing to see here.

Really nice Al. It looks like a lot of thought went into putting it together.

Looks good. I don't know why, but from your description I expected the shirt would be underneath. Silly, don't think it would look right or feel comfortable.

Florals look just fine on guys, especially in the guise of Hawaiian shirts.
