Keep Moon in your Prayers he's having surgery to remove his Basal Cell skin cancer from behind his ear.Pray they get it all.

They've cut into his ear to sample it to make sure they got all the cancer out. We're eating breakfast and waiting on the results.

Results are back they have to cut more cancer out of his ear.

Good luck Moon.

Mt father-in-law had the same thing about 40-years ago. It left a bit of a mark, but they got it all and he was fine, living with no further issues well into his 80s.

Be proud to wear a skirt or dress, they are just clothes. Yes , they are for men too

They got all the cancer out.He goes back in 6 months for a recheck.

Yes, it went well. The procedure was very comfortable. However it is mid afternoon and the numbness is starting to wear off, it is a little achy but nothing too extreme.

I haven't examined it personally yet, I've been instructed to leave the bandage in place for about 48 hours, but they allowed that an area about the size of a nickel had to be removed.

Since I reserved a whole day off of work for this, of course you know I wore a skirt.. it's not too often I get to wear a skirt to a doctors office.

No remarks were made regarding the outfit, all went well.

Yeah, leave the bandage alone and don't bother the wound. Wait 'til it starts itching -- and then the same rules apply doubly-hard.
