I'd say the media presentation is reasonably accurate. He's been in the media for many years, and very little has changed over time.
We are all entitled to our opinions on the matter.

You mentioned this before in a reply to one of my posts, but you didn't follow it up with an explanation. The press here (UK), both left and right leaning, have reported as verbatim some of his comments which showed he was ignorant to an almost unbelieveable degree, showed him boasting of having assaulted women, showed him as an aggressive bully and showed him to be a liar.
We have exited the realm of the rational and entered the realm of fantasy. In short, we have entered the realm of religion and belief where rational thought and analysis have no place.
Indeed. I get the paper every day, and despite the fact that its market is highly conservative it's often accused of being a "liberal rag" from locals.
Likely in all its hideous and disgusting detail -- and yet his core, the Church of Trump (CoT) still revere him as their saviour when a rational analysis points to a narcissistic man-child with a vastly sub-par IQ who suffers from an absolute failure in child-rearing.moonshadow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 4:01 pmFrankly I seldom see a headline on Biden. As for Trump... they basically report what he says and does.
Of course not.I guess they're not supposed to do that.
I don't want to know their opinions, they are not relevant to me. I haven't made any comment on the opinions of the press, only on the words and actions of Donald Trump as reported by the media and I have formed my own opinion of him based on that.
Even my friends who voted for him - and will likely vote for him again - his juvenile tweets are an embarrassment, and without exception they have all expressed the wish that someone would take his phone away and shut down his twitter account.
Then why.... why for the love of God do they STILL plan to give that man a vote???
You have your soul and conscience as your solace. Those of us who are truly successful manage to change the world in positive ways; these are the folks who are fondly remembered after they are gone. Those who have had negative impacts -- unless they are truly egregious -- tend to be forgotten or, in some cases, laughed at when they fall.moonshadow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 9:46 pmI may not have much to show for the effort of my life, but at least I have my soul...
One word: "religion".moonshadow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 11:39 pmI know some Trump people have good hearts and souls.. I know this because there are several on this site that I admire, but in the matter of Trump, I vex over how they can be so blind??
