Bizarre skirt

Post by Freedomforall »

This is probably a spinoff of ripped jeans, etc. Whatever it is, I don't like it. It also sports a hefty price tag.

Agreed.

I wear a lot of dresses and skirts and they often have a hefty price for very little fabric!!
This style doesn't look balanced - and its very label branded - in your face sort of a style - I'd prefer something more subdues with a regular hemline. The hemline is ok length but its just unbalanced in its current asymmetrical design.

I am a fan of denim minis and distressed denim skirts etc - but I wouldn't wear that skirt! (perhaps I would if it was a choice between denim shorts or that skirt I would probably choose the skirt to be honest - but only if forced into a corner)

Cheers

Hefty price tag? It's marked down from $590 to only $295, or you can pay just $26 a month.

Of course today I got three skirts, three shirts and more for $3.00. https://www.skirtcafe.org/forums/viewto ... 71#p209471
Maybe they just forgot the decimal point? I wouldn't pay $2.95 for it either.

No way would I pay that amount for something that would drive me mad ....... spending hours at the clothes line trying to sort it out.

My opinion on that is not suitable for this venue.

You could convert jeans into a skirt that looks outside-out instead of inside-out.

It's a fashion item, no more or less bizarre than many others.
It is all a matter of taste for better or worse.
Sometimes it is worth being different just for it's own sake.

Yea, I wonder if it's reversible???

Not my style, even if it was at a Good will store for a few bucks.

I too like denim skirts but definitely not this one. I wonder what the creator of this skirt was smoking at the time...
