Re: Feet, how do you stand?
For me my standing posture doesn't really depend on whether I am in a skirt/dress/shorts (I seldom wear pants/jeans).
Its a factor of my heel height - in higher heels I definitely transfer my weight to one foot - and tilt my hip and put a foot out - its a natural position and works easier as my heels get higher - but my toes are pointing in the same direction in really high heels, lower heels and my toes can often point outward from each other - a little more like first position mentioned earlier. But definitely the higher I am up the more in-line my feet become - but I do then also transfer my weight to only one foot at a time.
Cheers

Do any of you stand with your legs crossed over?
I sometimes stand that way too.... sort of cross my legs just below the knee and lock my lower legs/ankles together.
Not sure if that makes sense to you?
cheers
