Understanding friends.
Understanding friends.
So. As some of you might know, mr tackeberry recently came out wearing skirts. So we have some friends. A couple, he dared to come out to them. And their reaction was not what he thought. At all. Quite the opposite. They were supportive. And complimented him on his choice of skirt. So a lesson here. Don’t ever assume!!

Much rather use the word presume - it gives me an escape clause of guessing - right wrong or indifferent !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Re: Understanding friends.
I mailed some friends in the Netherlands about my skirt wearing and also included pictures of me in skirts. Most of them found it cool. Some had their reservations. When my sister and hubby came to the States to visit me for my birthday, they had to get used to it at first. My sister had difficulties to absorb the new image of me. She knew me all her life and needed time to adjust. Both did not reject the idea.
I hope to visit the Netherlands next year and will wear skirts as much as possible. Then the friends and the rest of the family can see me in skirts in real life.

Okay, dumb question here...
Who is "Mr. Tackeberry"?
Keep in mind I live under a rock.
