7/8 the of a skirt?

Post by mishawakaskirt »

Me and my wife watched part of the Mickey mouse 90 the birthday celebration. ( I must say he gets around well for a 90 year old mouse.

There was one act that caught my interest a little. One of the performers is wearing what loosely could be defined as 7 /8 of a skirt.

You can see this person to the left of Micky in front of the other nct 127 dancers.

My phone is being a real brat and won't let me upload the pictures. Best I can do is supply a Google search link.
It looks like he is wearing white pleated knee length skirt over trousers. Once you spot it you can't miss it. Someone else please post a picture or two for me since my tech is being dumb today.

Avoid the middle man, wear a kilt or skirt.

Three photos caught my eye:

In all three the subject is to right of Mickey -
MM1 - one appears to be a below knee skirt
MM3 - a second a pleated skirt
MM2 - and a third the skirt having a thigh split on the left side of the individual

"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Trousers are a must when you're wearing 7/8ths of a skirt!

I wonder why they didn't just close it up?

Woman wears wrap-around skirt.

In other news, dog bites man.
Keep on skirting,

Yep that's the one, thank-you RM for posting those.

I guess it's hip to wear a partial skirt. Hopefully it won't be too long till it's hip to wear a complete skirt.

It's time women stop clinging onto skirts as solely theirs. I went to a business casual dinner event tonight. 4 women in skirts or dresses, all the others in pants or slacks. On woman in denim jeans with holes in the knees. Personal appearance at special events seems to be at a all time low. I wouldn't consider ripped jeans business casual. Just rather tacky. Denim has it's place, but it's become a overused blight on society. If a woman can wear pretty much anything and get away with it. Why would you pick boring blue denim? If I were a female, While I wouldn't dress like a China doll, I would enjoy the extended color palette in skirts.
7/8 of a skirt is almost there, hopefully it won't be long now till skirts are considered unisex and available to all.
