Re: Watchdog succession.
Thank you guys for those kind words.
Today I got this shot of Benjy II, which amounts to a re-incarnation of our old Benjy. He is almost one year old and skinny still. They don't achieve their adult beefiness until bout 2 years.
I hope to obtain some fun pics of him with his skirted owner, but the opportunity hasn't come. I've been away recently, anyway.

Well, Benjy II is not very obedient and doesn't know anything about cameras, but here are a couple pf skirted play pics.

Re: Watchdog succession.
I won't bore people any further after this with pics of our new Hound, whose unbounded affection is oblivious of whatever attire one wears.
He loves to circle around one's feet, play ball of course and demonstrate how tall he is. Strangely he seems not to have a grain of aggression in him, unlike his predecessor, so we have to rely now just on his appearance and impressive baritone bark. Alas, he loves to chase poultry just for fun, but they get scared to hell !
We don't have to lock him up when we're expecting visitors now, as he's very friendly towards everybody. That may prove a problem ultimately, given our isolated location.
