A Kid Like Jake (Movie)

Has anyone here seen A Kid Like Jake?

If not, watch the trailer. Looks interesting, if only for the reversed role Jim Parsons plays.

Hrrrmmm.... I don't know... It seems like a lot of grown up politics shoved in a 4 year olds body.

It's cool to have films and pop culture do productions on boys who challenge traditional gender roles... It's just too bad that it always has to turn into a trans thing.

I wasn't around then, but did little girls have to deal with this when they started becoming Tom boys back in the day??

No, tomboyism was always accepted and celebrated -- at least in my lifetime. The opposite, however, was vigorously and sometimes violently opposed.
