Thank you skrtysct for almost putting them right! But April only has 30 days!!!! Remember "30 days hath September, April, June and November ...." :tongue:

I can see where Skrtyskt is coming from, but I reckon it must have been the 30th of February......Not the Julian or the Gregorian, but the Kirbian !

Nice one Al, though I notice whoever made that up truncated, rather than rounded, pi. Since the following digit is a 5, it should properly be 3.141592654, or 3/14/15 9:26:54. I'll admit to knowing this because I once had a calculator with that number of digits, which rounded correctly.

Kilted John showed when the time is if you take the first two digits of the year into account. It happened several centuries ago, so this is the closest we'll get. My moment's reflection guess is the Gregorian calendar will never again get closer than this, though I haven't thought it through in detail. Well, at least not in this deca-millennium. Sometime in 1x xxx we'll see a better match, at least if it doesn't wreak havoc with the base six time columns.
