Those of us who wear bras can use their "chest banks".
However while I do wear bras I do NOT use my "chest bank". It's bad enough to have to reach in to move the bra straps towards the neck. It would be worst to be dressed as a man and reach in the shirt neck to store and retrieve objects. I have plenty of pockets and my trusty cross body bag.

There is also this option: the Girly Go Garter (http://girlygogarter.com), a feminine equivalent of Batman's utility belt. I tried one and wasn't too satisfied as it seems to loosen and move with time on my leg and needs readjustment; I think it may be because I don't shave my legs. It's a great concept, though, when you just don't want to carry a purse.
When I heard about skirting, I jumped in with both feet!
