Hmm, I wonder if we don't have a generational difference here? Old duffers (like me) understand that if we go out in public in a skirt, we have opened ourselves up to be seen by others. What I don't accept is that that action then makes me fair game for others to record and broadcast worldwide. If I had wanted to be on widespread public exhibit, I would have had a career in show business and gotten paid for it.

Indeed, one of the reasons I champion guys wearing their skirts in public in their normal male personae is to put the fact right out in the bright light of day. Removing all traces of secrecy is quite effective in breaking down barriers and also for disarming any potential malicious backlash like blackmail.
What I don't accept is that that action then makes me fair game for others to record and broadcast worldwide. If I had wanted to be on widespread public exhibit, I would have had a career in show business and gotten paid for it.
Indeed, that put it slightly over the top for me as well, but my main observation was that if the guy is that insensitive to his surroundings it likely opens him up for more problematic behaviour like muggings.

If you feel you must hide, you are not helping anyone, least of all yourself.
I agree with those who can't see the big problem here. The guy was in a public place and clearly not trying to hide his skirt.
But the reason for posting now on this dying thread is to say that one of the links I got on the YouTube page was to our very own Mr Utopia's Original Freeman advert. Am I right in thinking that this means it has had a large number of hits? I hope so!
