I'm oversize but, Kingsize.com catalog has all kinds of nightshirts in all sizes for men from shrimp to whale size. Look them up online. I get size 4XL with long sleeves, and calf length skirt with a slit on both sides, shirt type collar and 3 pockets, one on the left chest and one on each side of the front left and right side, right where pockets on pants are.
They have them in men's sizes from men's size 2 to 6..6 is for a 300 pound man, 2 is for a 150 pound man. The skirted part is like an A-Line skirt would be.
