How to tell a Male fly from a Female fly

Post by Uncle Al »

A woman walked into the kitchen to find her husband stalking around
with a fly swatter.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

"Hunting Flies" He responded.

"Oh. Killing any?" She asked.

"Yep, 3 males, 2 Females," he replied.

Intrigued, she asked. "How can you tell?"

He responded, "3 were on a beer can, 2 were on the phone."

Lovely one, Uncle Al.

I had previously thought that it was something to do with the right/left orientation of the zipper/buttons at the front. You learn a little every day!

That reminds me of someone who boasted about his shooting prowess and to prove the point lined up a number of bottles on a shelf some distance away and proceeded to break them with a single shot each. The person he was trying to convince then noticed a mosquito flying around. The buzz was quite low pitched. He drew his gun and fired. The pitch of the mosquito's buzz was suddenly much higher.
