The Satorialist

Post by Cams »

Interesting that The Satorialist has made a mention of skirts for men. Lots and lots of comments with a mostly positive result.

I love this quote from one of the blogsters - - -

I love this post because my 2-year-old son is very into wearing his
twin sister's skirts, and while it's probably a phase he'll outgrow,
I don't agree with all the people who are constantly telling him
skirts are exclusively for girls. The second guy here, in particular,
looks quite masculine and sexy. It's true not everyone has the kind
of job where they can show up looking like that, but nonetheless
I don't want to impose gender-related rules on my kid.

Bravo to this person :!:

Sort of like some religious fundamentalists?? I was watching Ben Stein's argument on TV between Darwinists and religious fundamentalists last night on HBO I think it was. Everyone on both sides just KNOWS their argument is the correct one. Then there was that 3rd view from a recently deceased comedian about the "invisible MAN in the sky". Geo. Carlin that is. He knows who's right now, for sure. We'll all find out sooner or later, in either a quick blink or the rest of eternity. I'm still waiting for Harry Houdini to come back and tell us what is what on the other side as he promised he would. I'm espousing no "side" here. Everyone has the right to his/her own views. It is sad that probably 80 or more % of wars in all time were wrapped that question. :bom:

Mr. Andy who commented in the Sartorialist had "in my opinion" the most idiotic comment on the page. Here it is, regarding skirts for men his comment was:
"If you're going to go for it, you might as well go for it!..."
HUH??? Yeaggh...and if your nose is red, your nose is red. If I/we think on it, I bet I/we can come up with at least a million similar phrases. Or more. Some real mental midgets out there. :D :D
