A number of skirts here and while I wouldn't wear most of them it seems another sign that youth may be more accepting of skirts worn by men.

Yes, there does seem to be a tentative move toward men's skirts as fashion rebellion or at least attention-getting.
Let's just hope it progresses beyond the, "emerging microtrend," level, in whatever form.
