Vivienne Westwood in Milan

From today's Daily Telegraph fashion page:
"A highly unusual Vivienne Westwood show, in that there was none of the headline-grabbing conceits that has so marked this collection recently. In lieu of Shackleton beards or Derelicte shopping-trolley chic, this was Andreas' vision of a summer picnic. To chamber music it started with a model wearing a flower wreath, then there was loads of nicely cut, linen-y summery suits spiked with evening wear and teamed with pleasant little porcelain-print slippers. It was all becoming worryingly conventional until a short-strawed model came out in a loosely woven jumper dress and another wreath, followed by a chap swathed in the same distressed Union Jack print we saw in the most recent Westwood women's show in Paris. "
