Copying Skirts

I ordered a couple of skirts from a Tennis supply company.
When they arrived they were just what I was looking for.
When looking at them they were so simply in construction I have decided to copy them.
How hard can a 4 pannel A Line skit with elastic wast be?
I have to tools, Sewing Machine(s) and Surger, and I know how to use them.
I will give and update and photos after the act.
