What feminine items do you wear?

Discussion of fashion elements and looks that are traditionally considered somewhat "femme" but are presented in a masculine context. This is NOT about transvestism or crossdressing.

B&B, diabetes affects the induhvidual in unique ways. I've had it for over 20 years and am not showing any signs of numbness in either feet or hands. But then I have a really good control of my blood sugars. I can certainly feel the finger pricks sometimes, other times not. But then I am showing very early signs of retinopathy which, foe one who only has sight in one eye, is worrying.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.
