I have ordered many items from Incerun and not been disappointed. I really like this style, but wish it had more color. . Perhaps a tropical look would be nice. Does anyone know of a more colorful dress that is the same style?

Doesn't seem to have much chest (bust) room for a well developed muscular male - - -
And rear view note the belt loops - to keep it all neat and belted in at the (high) waist - - -
Conventional button placket - - -
Shorter than a priestly cassock - - -

web site has some interesting (strange get up gear) - https://www.incerunmen.com/products/men ... 6544678108

That is the first dress I've seen designed for men (other than high-fashion catwalk stuff), and it is in a style that appeals to me.
(The narrow cut at the chest is no problem here: any moobs I have are AAA cup-size, and the heaviest weight I lift on a regular basis is a mug of coffee...)
I have a skirt from Incerun, but the polyester fabric is a bit clingy, and I tend to wear it around the house as a substitute for a dressing gown, rather than as an outdoor skirt. If the dress is the same textile, I'm not sure how it is going to look or feel in motion. I think I shall have to buy one to find out!

Interesting site. Never seen it before. If the size charts are accurate, it's actual American sizes. I'm assuming it's all shipped from Asia, though? Cheap cloth isn't surprising, but always something to watch out for. MB, is this the skirt you tried, by chance?

I'd suggest go to a good department store and look at the shirt dresses. There are typically a lot for a great price as well as some hefty tags. Here's a few quick options from David Jones. These stores would also be online (as is this one)

Oops! I appear to have ordered one, camel coloured and as big as they come. At least it won't fall off like my trousers are doing these days! (People have been accusing me of losing a lot of weight over the last year or so, turns out I have lost something like 3 stone (40ish pounds, some kg). Phone call from doctor yesterday, whoopee! I have won diabetes! Not a recommended way to lose weight but very effective!

B&B, when you say that you have won diabetes does it mean that you now have it or has it gone into remission? If the latter the win is hard won and you should be congratulated. If the latter then don't worry it can be controlled. I've had it for over 20 years and it's well under control but is a daily battle. Well done over the weight loss.

Hi Dennis,
After losing three stone in a year and folk saying I had lost weight and wasn't looking brilliant, I went to the Docs last Wednesday and he said he would arrange for blood tests, poo test, chest X-ray etc. and would have the results (not X-ray yet, to be arranged) he phoned me on Friday and said I am a type 2 diabetic, the weight loss is a good indicator of that, prescription at the chemist, (just had my first pill and am waiting for the full side effects to kick in). I have an appointment on Wednesday with the diabetes nurse and in the afternoon another appointment with the doctor to see what other treats I have in store!

B&B, I was diagnosed by the classical symptoms - blurred vision, thirst, urinating a lot, weight loss and all. The initial medication is Gliclazide and Metformin along with diet. I am on insulin and Metformin. I don't know if you have been issued with a glucose meter but if you haven't insist on one as it will enable you to have some measure of control; you should qualify for free prescriptions as a diabetic and so all the test strips will be free. I go through about 160 test strips per month. You will need lancets for the finger pricking device. Welcome to the club ( ? ) but with good control the condition need not be life threatening.

Thirst, urinating, weight loss, got those and he has put me on metformin. I won't know anymore until I see the diabetes nurse on Wednesday, I am so glad I live in a land of free prescriptions! I don't mind paying a wee bit more income tax for the privilege of free meds. I haven't been given a meter or any paraphernalia as yet, since apparently I am type 2 hopefully I am not going to need insulin, time will tell though. After my first pill yesterday I woke this morning feeling better rested than I have in years, could be a kwinkydink or maybe a sign that I was suffering from things more than I realised.

I am type 2 also. Don't be fobbed off on the meter issue, insist on one. Remind them that you can't control what you can't measure. I have a spreadsheet in which I enter all my glucose readings and insulin intake to give me better control of my condition. The implications to the NHS of out of control diabetic condition would be far more expensive to the NHS and catastrophic to the individual so the costs of the meter are cheaper. On the aspect of Diabetic Nurse, their quality can be very variable. At best they will have undertaken specialist courses, at worst they will just have been assigned the title. Join Diabetes UK as there is a wealth of advice on there. The ultimate measure is called hba1c which indicates how much glucose is attached to the haemoglobin molecule. Google it.

Agreed, I have a dress on order and like most of what I see, I will let you know about the quality of the dress when it arrives (He says while trying to stop thinking about carbs avoidance with a freezer and kitchen full of stuff I thought was healthy!)

Note that there is large Incerun store on aliexpress.com -- where very many items come postage-free. It may work out cheaper on small orders.
