I can imagine Marine Dress blues for men with a skirt,

Discussion of fashion elements and looks that are traditionally considered somewhat "femme" but are presented in a masculine context. This is NOT about transvestism or crossdressing.

Those are definitely some compelling looks.

In a way, I'm surprised that the forms are still in use; however, militaries tend to be more traditional than most civil settings -- which would, sadly, work against a male donning a skirted uniform as it would likely break any number of rules, restrictions, and edicts.

I was especially taken by the very long and formal officers' skirted version -- a truly sharp-looking garment!

They seem happy enough to don a kilt, the west is so backwards
