Féminine outfit but not skirt

Overall skirts are quite good, more like a tunic, with or without sleeves. At least one can hoist the hem up over their head if they are a bit tight on the shoulders to easily remove.

Another version of this could be what would otherwise be called a Pinafore dress.

I own two pairs of ladies' pants, but I never wear them. If I'm going to cross the aisle, it always ends up to be in a skirt or dress. Maybe, if I started dressing like this daily, I would wear them...
