I'm not as adventurous as I used to be

Discussion of fashion elements and looks that are traditionally considered somewhat "femme" but are presented in a masculine context. This is NOT about transvestism or crossdressing.

Quite probably, but you don't care!

Any sign of a job yet?

Actually, I do care, mainly because...

Nope.

I'm gathering my references and making sure they're on-board and contacting recruiters. I suspect I'm in for a long hard slog and will likely be looking at a 30-40% cut in salary. My main hope is to get something close to home, but it's looking increasingly likely that I'll be headed back to the BIG city to my east -- a two hours travel time each way, minimum; the maths do not look promising. Sapphire has put in a request that if I have to do that I should at least make 30% above what I was a month ago simply so the "life insurance" settlement will give the widow a decent retirement. (I actually agree with her.)
