they are called sarong maybe some people use different names. Those are popular among Asians
my point is we can wear sarong or skirt or whatever that brings comfort to us but still look more gentlemen. Even with jewelries especially designed for men like cufflinks and men's brooches but less make-up than women do ( if you want to look less gay but more gentlemen I guess
)

I don't wear make up myself although I have dabbled in the past with lipstick but male make-up does seem to be a growing industry with companies like

https://www.mankind.co.uk/ Mankind growing and becoming more known with the younger generation, I suppose it's a natural step in male grooming.
We should really be happy that male make-up is becoming more accessible because if male make-up can make it in the modern world then there's no reason why male skirts can't.
At the end of the day guys just want to look good.

Someone I think who desperately needs makeup is Joe Biden. You can like him or not; that is your opinion. A little subtle lipstick would help his colorless lips and a little bit of eyeshadow would help his squinty eyes.

Someone I think who desperately needs makeup is Joe Biden. You can like him or not; that is your opinion. A little subtle lipstick would help his colorless lips and a little bit of eyeshadow would help his squinty eyes.
I agree, it might impove the look of his hairy legs!

I have many sarongs that I have ordered from Sri Lanka. I love them!

Look at one of Tom Shillue's parodies of Biden on YouTube where the spoof mentions syrup on his hairy legs.

Makeup for men may eventually succeed because of the need to change
careers. The way technology is changing the outlook of future jobs is
just short of alarming.
Picture yourself at age 60 needing to change jobs because the old job
became redundant. Going into an interview looking like you already have
one foot in the grave will not be to your advantage in landing that new
job.
Starting to take care of one's skin at age 60, may be a bit late. That means
that men much younger need to start caring for their facial skin a lot earlier
if they expect to be able to find employment later in life.
We don't even need to discuss how makeup may make us more attractive
to the fairer sex or if one is seeking a life partner later in life.
So with an uncertain future, and potential advantages, makeup for men
probably has a better chance of becoming a reality more than society
accepting men wearing skirts as something normal and common.
