YOU SAID IT! I totally agree.

Well almost totally. I would say that "we shouldn't be expected to suppress any part of our personalities" all the time, but there are some times when we absolutely should, for example dress codes, uniforms, work environments, etc. when an inappropriate image would hurt business.
When I heard about skirting, I jumped in with both feet!
