Demonia Are Having A Sale

Discussion of fashion elements and looks that are traditionally considered somewhat "femme" but are presented in a masculine context. This is NOT about transvestism or crossdressing.

Hmm ... their site seems to be broken, or maybe it's designed to work only with broken browsers. After the "enter" page, all I get is a picture saying "Demonia - beyond ordinary footwear - collection guide".

A cautionary note!
Make sure you get the size right.
The shoes/boots are sized in UK sizing.
Reference the following links:

http://www.ladyfootlocker.com/content/c ... onversion/
http://www.ladyfootlocker.com/content/c ... onversion/

Check and recheck that the darn things will fit you and if not the return policy.
Most womens shoes/boots are medium width (B or C) - mens are nominally D width.
Been there - done that - and lesson learned to pass on to others!

"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Reminds of those silver(?) Gary Glitter boots of the seventies! Or was it eighties? :?:

Now you're showing your age Ziggy!

I remember Slade appearing on Top of the Pops back in about '73 and my dad commenting "That's the ugliest girls I've ever seen". It took me ages to convince him that Dave Hill was not a girl. I can't help wondering what he would have made of the folks here (myself included) :D :D :D

Have fun,

Ian

Ah, yes! He was on TV this week, saying how he used to wind up the group by not letting them see his latest stage creation, until just before going on stage. The whole image was, of course, just a giant 'p&ss-take'!!!!! He went on to say, he'd once worn some of his stage gear to the local supermarket to see what the reaction was from Joe Public - and no-one batted an eye! Yup! The Seventies! "Fashion Freedom" (RIP?) :?:
