I'm happy to have found this site !!!
I have been using another "crossdresser's forum" for over a year , and I could'nt find many interactions with the other users !!!
Mainly because I do not want to be or impersonate a female !!!

I now have a chance to reflect upon
the ideas/opinions/testimonies/stories , from others !!!

A bit of history :
One evening , at 9 yrs old , while I was preparing to bath , when
I saw my mom's stockings laying around . I got hit by curiosity ,
wondering what it felt like to wear them !!!
I remember , the stockings were too big for the size of my legs ,
but , I knew , that it was not to be the last time doing this !!!

Then , whenever my folks went shopping for a couple hours ,
I went looking thru my mom's drawers , trying on all of her
stockings & pantyhoses .

At 15 , I've start wearing bras & skirts .
At 17 , I mooved out my parents house , and start going out ,
as CD'er , in public .

Then , progressively , to be fulltime CD from 27 to 37 yrs old .
I've been everywhere I wanted ; shopping , bars & restaurants ,
movies , friends places , buses & subways !!!
Cd'ing was then taking all the place in my life , it was all I was thinking about and I had no other interests !!! It was a real obsession !!!
Cd'ing was my goal !!! I had a great time , but my life was going in circles , nowhere !!!
Since then , I have put my cd'ing in perspective , trying to bring to the center of my life , a diversity of interests !!! Cd'ing is not an obsession anymore !!!
Cd'ing is now a tool of expression !!! And my life is going somewhere !!!

too bad for you,but this is not as you expressed "another" crissdressers's forum.Here we discuss men's fashion freedom as men,not as female impersonators.And if I am a crossdresser then most of women are too,so I do not accept this term for me .Welcome and forget crossdressing and whatever you do,do it as yourself!

Welcome CJFmix. I've said before that we're all round pegs trying to fit into square holes - no one has to define themslves here (unless they want to).

BTW, Montreal is a great city, though I've not been there since 1979, but I loved it. I recall sitting in a park off Rue St Denis smoking an illicit herbal substance with a lovely, dark haired, Quebequois Canadienne (please forgive my lack of French). Hope she wasn't you!

Also BTW, congrats on acheiving currency parity with $USD! Oh how the mighty have fallen!
