Hello from NE Minneapolis, Minnesota!

Post by Joshinaskirt »

My name is Josh and I love wearing skirts. It's great to find a forum such as this since I'm wondering if other fellas enjoy wearing skirts, too. I haven't tried kilts, yet, but look forward to finding one soon. I've been on the Utilikilts site in the last week and am horrified to see the price tag of two bills. I just went thrifting today and found two skirts for $20.00. That's more my line of thinking right now. At any rate, I'm glad to be here and thanks for existing!

Welcome, Josh.

You'll find lots to inform and amuse you here on this forum. It is populated mostly by a disparate educated bunch of people, all with one particular liking in common. 20-Buck skirts are usually fine. The only things to consider are the waist measurement to fit you and the length to suit you. Colour sometimes comes into it, as do cut & style.
Kilts are another breed altogether, but a Google at Sportkilt might surprise you.

Hi Josh :D
:welcome:

You may want to look at www.stillwaterkilts.com
as they are made in your area and don't cost an arm & leg.
I was able to gef 2 SWK's for the price of 1 Utilikilt. Mine
are the 'standard weight' material and very easy to care for.
They are more of a 'traditional' kilt than one of the modern
kilts.

Have fun and grab a cup of 'Jo' and join us near the Potted Palm.
(OK who forgot to water the Palm :?: )
