Recently returned from a trip to Texas, Dallas and Houston. Weather was cold so I took a selection of long skirts and boots topped off with sweaters and a nice jacket.
Had a fun time visiting with some friends, seeing the sights and hot tubbing.
Had a few quizzical looks, and a comment from a lady that I looked great.
On a humerous note, a man entered a rest stop restroom where I was washing my hands, took one look at me, turned around and left only to return a moment later after having rechecked the sign on the wall outside. I looked at him and commented that I was into a different style than most. He didn't respond.
My GF fully supports my skirt wearing, which I am very thankful for, and helps me pick out nice outfits.
On several recent trips, both road and flying, I have only packed skirts because I felt I did not need, or want, a pants option.
