This New Yorker is glad to find this group!

Post by jcny »

Hello, Skirtcafe! JC here, a joyful inventor who enjoys a wide range of clothing styles, including many sorts of skirts. The range of color, texture, length, and cut so pleases me that the dull range of pants pales away. I enjoy acceptance and approval from family and friends and even strangers for dressing well in a non-ordinary way. I am here to share that joy and hope to find even more from others here, too.

Hi jcny, Welcome to the group, I'm sure you'll meet many likeminded folks here at the cafe.

We're spread across the globe, from all corners we come.

Welcome to the best place to be skirted. We are welcoming to all who follow the idea that clothing should be comfortable and not assigned a gender, and should be worn by all.

All clothes for all people!

Welcome, JCNY.

You're in the right place where you are. I dare say, One could walk the length & breadth of the Big Apple dressed as a Turkish belly dancer and no-one would take a blind bit of notice.

Yes, it must be trending somewhere different from here.

LOL

I am serious though - I never really thought about the "inventor" part - would be interested if that's a literal representation of hobbies or such.

Welcome, JNNY from the UK. I too am in the fortunate position of acceptance by family and work. I also love meeting new people and seeing what they make of how I am dressed. I think you will like it here.
Daily, a happy man in a skirt...
