Beautifully made, fits like a glove, reaches about 2" above my knee, perfect for walking (thick enough to keep legs warm) and took just 3 working days to deliver at the lowest charge. The photo doesn't do it justice!

For a starter KILT something to post a line about - - -

Noted it is a KILT for the fair lassie with a left hand apron fastening and to accentuate mil-ladys narrow waist the hem is much larger in circumference ("A" line).
Rear view not shown to determine the number of pleats - but a side view the pleats are substantial in width - not the multi-mini pleats that make the KILT swish !

Details:
Waist measurements:
size 8: 25-26 inches
size 10: 27-28 inches
size 12: 29-30 inches
size 14: 31-32 inches
size 16: 33-34 inches
Material : Polyviscose (aka faux wool)
Exact Material : 100% polyviscose (acrylic wool)
Length : 46 CM / 18 INCH (navel to mid thigh)
Occasion : Casual (with occasional FLASHING possible short hem length)
Style : Kilted skirt
Size Type : Regular (are there other types?)
Fastening : Buckle straps (left side)
Pattern : Tartan (Blackwatch-Royal Stewart-Heritage Scotland-Bruce Kinnaird)
Garment Care : Machine Washable

Does not indicate the country of manufacture - but for this price w/shipping guess would be Pakistan
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Nice one, I brought one of ebay for £25 and I love it.
It gave me confidence to go out and about allowing me the freedom of movement that trousers don't come near to giving, so well done and nice fine.

As to the female aspect I had absolutely no idea that even kilts were subject to diktats from history, I would wager that most people would have no idea either (just stay away from kilt conventions is my advise :D ).

Happy for you

Thanks, I'll be out - weather permitting - having a walk + a few beers tomorrow in it ;) make the most of what's left of summer and not be tied down to sweaty pants!!
