In here this night and all the staff, male and female, were kilted. Certainly not full-weight traditional garb, much more lightweight than the real deal. Just above the knees for the guys, well above for the gals (but I think it was the same item just worn at different points on the waist).
I so wanted to engage in conversation about why the place stipulated this as a uniform (more of an Irish bar than Scottish) and how they got on wearing such kit - but alas the bread knife forbayed me from engaging in conversation with them
