OK patent pending design image restrictions.
After all that we are waiting for the visual blueprint gone viral.

I've just been informed by Scotweb Co. that they have just shipped my latest order, which contains two kilts to my measurements, one blue Denim kilt, the other a wine-purple-ish tartan, 10oz Crawford Red (Modern colours)

I should have them later on this week.

We need to oggle at a pic. of your fancy design, FFA.

Hey that is NEAT !
Question about the center of the kilt - usually would expect to see a flat apron here.
So is that a box pleat in the front center ?
Your forefingers are just resting on serviceable pockets ?
The fly closing is the real deal - so no double wrap aprons ?

And may we trouble you for a rear (side) view when convenient !

OUTSTANDING you pass our rigorous standards of kilt making and presentation !

Thank you very much. All pockets including the big long ones are functional. The zipper works as well too. The long pockets on the front have a center snap that opens allowing a larger access. The front has a small V shape at the bottom that you cannot see. It actually gives the illusion of being a bifurcated garment. Image Image

Here are more pictures. This kilt was very well made. The denim is the same weight as jean denim.

Interesting design, FFA. More of a skirt than a kilt. Looks like the front pockets are very small and more decorative than functional. I suppose it could be adorned wi' a sporran t' keep yerr pepperspray can and tazer in &c. Good pics.

Tom when you said it looked more like a skirt that is the very thing I really like about this. It is just so unique. Can't wait to see pictures of your new kilts.

Certainly unique and looks good, a practical style that I like, with the jeans type pockets belt loops & zip combined with the advantages of pleats (A bit like a longer version of my avatar).
Those lower front pockets look huge, handy for folding rules and could carry a knife like Crockodile Dundee.

It's half kilt, half "jeans" skirt. And it's half going for the "just like shorts" look, i.e. from the front only. It could catch on. Make sure you negotiate a royalty for your input into the design!
Keep on skirting,

Looks very practical to me. Lots of good features. Love to see the whine colored one too.
