Lets see according to the NFL rule book - that is a 15 yard penalty loss of down -OR- is it a automatic first down and placement of the ball at the point of infraction !
Tossing of your opponent into the stands is an optional move but not recommended least he be tossed back to the Lions; Falcons or the crusading cabers whatever !
So much for an unsportsmans penalty levied against a kilted brethren ! Referees Umpires and the alike better change their stripes for real camouflage !
