Mightly fine work there melsav - Bravo !
How did you come by the Pink Stewart tartan (variation) as a choice ?
The exchange rate from Rands - US Dollars is 1 US $ =s 12 Rand +/-
So the fair traded kilt in SA would be about $250 US and your making
2 kilts (materials) for 600 R =s $50.
Adding you own labor a great deal and a kilt built to your personal specs.
In any event factor in postage shipping and handling of the kilt ---
"BUT" nothing replaces the satisfaction of something self made !
The Pink*tartan pattern is not unique - SportKilt has it called Pink-Stewart:

The Pink*tartan is not seen to often except during USA women's breast cancer events.
I think for the most part that everyone has seen the Stewart tartans:
most common is the Red Stewart followed by the Black Stewart then
the (White) Dress Stewart and the Hunting Stewart and this recent introduction
of the Pink Stewart.
There are over a hundred variations of the Stewart tartan LINK:

Kilts always make interest conversation and forum topic discussions !
