"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

"SYNOPIS"

Program was not so much about kilts.

The owner went undercover to check on his employees.

This was accomplished by posing the owner as a new hire and was videoed as a

"Reality TV production".

He wore a wig and had cosmetic work done to his facial hair to alter his appearance.

The restauraunt (chain) was named the "Tilted Kilt" - with 'Pub' like atmosphere.

Soon they will have over 90 restaurants across the southern tier of the USA.

Main emphasis was on one in San Diego CA and another in Atlanta GA.

On the menu was american food with a variety of beers (on tap).

The female employees uniform was a 14 inch 'Billie' red tartan kilt.

"The "*"WOW"*" factor in grabbing your attention to view the program !

The midriff was sufficiently exposed - a white blouse with tartan bra underneath.

The male bartender uniform was a dark colored kilt with logo polo shirt.

Other male employees wore pants and the polo shirt - cooks the usual apron.

The owner made visits to several of his restaurants posing as a new hire

bartender; cook; security and wait staff.

After a while it was revealed that he was the owner of the chain.

He reviewed with some of the employees the merits of their work and generously

rewarded those that needed some financial assistance.

Only one waitress was sited for questionable conduct while waiting on customers.

She was very young and had a limited education - her reward was a bonus for

finishing her education (GED) .

The closing interview with the featured hard working employees was a tear jerking

emotional event.

So as stated at the start of this post - this was not so much about kilts but simply

the owner with a restaurant/pub chain called the "Tilted Kilt" just checking on the work

of his people.

The CBS TV network televises this program titled the "Undercover Boss".

A hour long weekly program aired on Fridays 2000 hours EST.
