The classic kilt, and indeed well-made modern ones, are "bespoke" garments. This means that they are "made to measure" if the individual purchaser (or wearer); it also means that "sizes" effectively do not exist as they do in the "off the peg" world. If one has the financial wherewithal to afford such a garment, then he will have one tailored to his precise needs.

Of course, most of us lot cannot afford such luxuries and have to make do with off the peg garments, and then it's down pretty much to an Internet search to see what suppliers offer such garments in the desired sizes.

You could try sending the measurements off to an on line kilt-monger, this would probably be cheaper than the full tailored option, mine was £299 in Glasgow last year, they ain't cheap!

Look up Stillwater Kilts - LINK:
http://www.stillwaterkilts.com/
OR FrugalCorner Kilts - LINK:
http://thefrugalcorner.3dcartstores.com/

At 50 - 52 - 54 inch waist you are at the upper limit of what they stock.
Special order would be no problem - with a small surcharge for the extra size.
As for the 24 hem length - No problem there for the most part the standard kilt hem length is 24 inches.
As JRMiller previously noted Sport Kilt can do up to the 60 inch waist and you can custom the features
you want i.e. belt loops; sewen down pleats; fringed apron.....
SportKilt - LINK:

All three of these merchants give discounts to members of the Brotherhood of the Kilt.
Consider joining this forum/organization - LINK:
http://www.kiltsrock.com

Check out these three and browse the BOTK site for more kilt makers.
You too can be come a frugal scotsman just by walking your fingers across the keyboard.

I am a member of the BOTK (Life Member) and have purchased kilts from all three of the above.
If you are not terribly fussy about the tartan pattern or color; opportunities present themselves from
time to time with customer orders refused or returned. Keep an open communication with these
kilt makers as well as check ebay also.
These large size kilts while not common are out there.

"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !
