I used to drink coffee a lot. Not now. Peppermint tea.

That said, when I’m cycling with friends, we stop for coffee and cake. Today , halfway through a 46 mile bike ride, I had a very enjoyable cappuccino (double shot) with Victoria cake and millionaires shortcake.

No sugar in any drinks. Cake only when I know I’ll need the calories in the following hour!

Another interesting one I have made uses a shot of Baileys in the bottom of a glass, with a shot of Kahlua carefully layered above, of Cointreau on top of that.
Done right, the three layers should not mix.

I'm horrifically lazy when it comes to tea, and usually switch to it after the coffee has put my renal system into overdrive.

I quick-rinse my 24 ounce (700ml) coffee mug,
drop a teabag of either Lipton or one of half dozen herbal flavors I like,
drizzle a small blob of local honey onto the bag,
and then fill the mug using the hot water tap on the water cooler (using the 170F/75C stream to dissolve the honey).
