No we can!

Post by skirtingtoday »

I was at the cinema last week and within the adverts there was this video linked below called "No We Can"
Its aimed at teenagers and gives a number of societal stereotypes (covered by the "no you can't") which could and should be challenged by them.
Relevant to this forum, there is a 2sec segment around 33secs in, that shows 5 high school boys wearing skirts as part of their school uniform. Maybe some kids will take it up?

I like the sentiment. Thanks for posting that link, and it was nice to see clothing-ban pop into frame in a positive light.

Methinks you have the incorrect tense on the verb there. If the insanity in The Alabaster City (Distrito de Columbia) is any indication, the correct usage would be "have lost".

Try this for size , Moon .
If I am correct Huston Kilts , an American Kilt Maker showed what was believed to be Boys in School Kilts ....
The photograph was clearly identified as the boys wearing their sisters school uniform skirts at a school protest in Exeter U.K.
