Black is so neat compared to tartan designs.

For those in the UK, the Scottish suppliers can provide casual kilts in black as well as 'common' tartans at an economic price.
They are almost certainly imported, but as 'everyday' wear seem practical enough.

Richard, welcome back, you haven't posted for a while. Sir, all my skirts are cheap with the average cost being between 2 and 3 quid. I would wear the skirt pictured but it would probably cost too much for me.

Is it a regular black skirt or a kilt? I can't tell.

At any rate, I have a black skirt that I could pull something like this off. I wear it once in a while when it warms up.

I think the one thing that stuck out in my mind was it appeared in a mens fashion feed that's normally has men in pants wearing a skirt over them. WTF is the point of the skirt if you already have on pants?

Yea its just a black kilt with a nice grey top. May look into buying or making me an all black kilt.
