I really enjoyed both clips. Thank you Moon.
If you were paying attention when the 611 started off you will notice there wasn't any wheel slip. The engineer has to have been an old steam man to have started that heavy train which is on a small grade at that location without having the wheels start to slip.
The 611 has just finished a run on the Strasbourg Railroad in Pennsylvania. She enjoyed much love from the crowds despite the restrictions due to the current illness going around. She was there for several months, running almost daily with 2 to 3 runs a day.
