Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.
I may have posted this before, but it is worth repeating.
This applies to ANY man who wears, or wants to wear, skirts/kilts.

One needs to beware of such statements, because fear is a basic human emotion that remains, to this day, a critical component in our survival.
Taken to an extreme, it's counterproductive, but at its core it's that nagging feeling that's telling you something's wrong and one must pay closer attention.
So, pay attention to it, but do not let it take absolute control. This is the essence of bravery, and anything worth achieving likely carries some level of risk, and it's down to us to manage our fear so it doesn't get in the way of achieving great things.
