Skirt Cafe is an on-line community dedicated to exploring, promoting and advocating skirts and kilts as a fashion choice for men, formerly known as men in skirts. We do this in the context of men's fashion freedom --- an expansion of choices beyond those commonly available for men to include kilts, skirts and other garments. We recognize a diversity of styles our members feel comfortable wearing, and do not exclude any potential choices. Continuing dialog on gender is encouraged in the context of fashion freedom for men. See here for more details.

Uncle Al
The same to You.

Everyone should be honest and prudent: to keep promises and, on principle, never to promise anything to anyone.
Sorry for my English. I try not to make spelling mistakes, but for this reason my writing is very slow.
BTW, that pic was taken at a 'Santa Gig' I had in 2017.
The beard is twice as long now.

Generous and thoughtful Uncle Al, especially in this time of strife at home and at large -- we need some of the Christmas message. May Love, Peace and Health renew us all.
Merry Christmas to you all, next year will be better.
We're a hardened bunch in our own way, so no matter what is thrown at us in life
we adapt, overcome and get skirted !
Hoping it's been a good one for all, it's been a fairly normal day for us, as we have no family in Brisvegas to spend the time with, and with borders closed, no way to really go anywhere or do much.
I can't believe my luck. For the past two days I have been wearing a long-sleeved swing dress - electric blue with red and white striped candy canes and MOH hasn't moaned once. We bought them a couple of years ago in sizes to fit us both and have never got to wear them. This year I was determined to. Now don't get me wrong, she still has that agonising opposition but she's probably allowing some leeway as it's Christmas time and it's a Christmas dress. I think I'll wear a different one tomorrow. I have four different Christmas patterns. I'm enjoying my time in a dress while I can. She's downstairs at the moment helping one of our cats deliver some kittens. Bengals, and one dark and one snow so far. For the snow I'm sure we already have a purchaser.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.
