Likely top-side vents and openings at the base. That'll let heat out the top and bring cooler air in from the ground. Or at least that's what they do with greenhouses.

They also describe their waste removal system and how it works
to help nourish the vegetation inside the greenhouse.

The green house has temperature sensors to automatically open vents at
the top. They have sliding glass doors at the bottom to allow cooler air in.
This is, of course, during the summer months. They use a wood burning
stove for additional heat, when needed, during the hard winter months.

PLUS, they have fresh vegetables, and fruit, year round. They teach their
child how to plant seeds and care for the growing plants.

It was an interesting video. Aside from the rather dramatic cost that I doubt can be recovered -- I wonder how much time they spend washing all that dang glass? Now, where are the lines about people who live in glass houses?
