Just wondering how we came up with our various member names?

For me that is easy peasy.

I was born along the North Sea, in The Hague. The beach was my second home since I was a kid. I'm still addicted to the sand and sea. That explains the first part.
I was born in August under the sign of Leo = Lion. That is the rest of my nick.

I'll admit to being a 1948 model, and yes, I could be found on bridges or station platforms with my book of locomotive numbers.

I still play with trains, but now they are 12" to the foot, and at a preservation centre.

Fairly obvious my site name.
On other sites, (naturist ones) I have taken the name "maninaskirt".
(That name has now been taken here btw)

Do you keep a camera handy to go with your book???

There is a very famous hamburger chain in CA, AZ, and NV named "In-N-Out." I wear skirts and am happy in them.

I’ve had this handle for twenty years. I used to work on on the ramp loading planes for over twenty years. The exhaust from a jet aircraft is called jet blast. Ever once in a while I would have to drive behind a jet aircraft, and I would get .... Jetblasted.

I used to come home smelling like kerosene every night.

Well it is obvious I have little creativity compared to other members, the name is my name plus birth yr. Next time round I will have to try harder.
