Re: The featured song for today
I have two (very minor) claims to fame. One is that I went to the same school as Noddy Holder (albeit some years later). The second is that I once served Roy Wood when I was working behind a bar. I've just thought of a third - I grew up just round the corner from Rob Halford.

I've seen these guys' videos before and they're always a hoot. If nothing else, I can never resist a seriously Rube Goldberg lashup of stuff, and these guys nail it.moonshadow wrote:On a different note (no pun intended), there is this music video from OK Go. Watch and be amazed!
Good idea on the headphones for either the Saint Saens work or for Abide With Me; that'd do the most justice unless you've got a serious piece of hi-fi kit handy.
And stop fibbing. That pun was fully in tune with the rest of this thread.

Imagine a voice that sounded like BB King, Bob Sieger, and Ray Charles all in one. I just discovered him today. Take a listen to Anderson East!
