Items on eBay
Re: Items on eBay
There's risk both ways. Thousands of customers demanding cash refunds could push the airline into administration but at least you should get your money unless you are last in the queue. Accept vouchers and the airline will be relieved and possibly prepared to bend over backwards to accommodate you but if the airline goes bust then the chances are that you will lose your money. Hobson's choice.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.
Re: Items on eBay
Even if the airline goes bust, UK residents who have taken the precaution of paying by credit card (as distinct from debit card) can claim on their credit card provider, which is jointly liable with the airline, where the sum paid is over £100. In my case it is.Sinned wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 5:12 pm There's risk both ways. Useful tip.
Even if you only paid part on credit card you can claim the full cost from the card company. It’s section 75 of the consumer credit card. That’s the reason I always pay a small amount this way even for something like a car. Trading Standards pointed this out to me when a company went bust and a boat I had bought was wrongly repossessed as part of its assets.

Something different, cheap and cheeky. Good sized pockets!

An interesting mini, stretchy with unusual pocket detail. Made in Australia but unfortunately for me, it is for sale in the US.

I think that’s a great looking skirt. Obviously designed for a man to wear as it buttons on the correct side. I note that the seller will post to UK. Pity it won’t fit me.

Better check that - unless this was taken in front of a mirror the button zipper placket is women's reverse (left) side
AND
Peculiarly all those pockets that women do not need !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

Re: Items on eBay
It was the black one I meant Sorry I didn’t make it clear. Yet another injustice. Women can get away with buttoning either side in shirts etc.

Jim must be am-jim-dexterous - some folks can handle things equally well - good for them.

I can manage bottons/zips both sides and I am not ambidextrous.

This is a really neat Victorian style skirt. Anyone brave enough to order it?!

Re: Items on eBay
Much too long! If it just covered my nipples it would still drag on the floor. To wear it as in the picture I'd have to chop almost 30 cm off it. I could make a nice short skirt or two with the trimmings.Freedomforall wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 10:11 am This is a really neat Victorian style skirt. Anyone brave enough to order it?!
